Firstly, check your tickets. They will tell you which even you have tickets to.
Friday Revelry Buyers' Club is an industry-only tradeshow for brands to connect directly with executives, owners, and buyers from licensed New York Dispensaries. This event has a limited capacity and is strictly a business tradeshow. All attendees are vetted and must be invited or approved to attend.
Who should attend? Executives and sales team from cannabis product brands, owners, buyers from licensed NY dispensaries.
Saturday Revelry Cannabis Festival is open to the public 21+. It is a celebration of New York cannabis culture and community. Attendees can explore the showroom floor to learn about the brands, they may purchase products onsite thanks to our retail and delivery partner, Alto on Chambers for the event, and vibe to music and panels.
Who should attend? General cannabis consumers, foodies and music lovers, budtenders, early-stage entrepreneurs and community leaders. -

The Hudson Amtrak Hudson (HUD) station is almost directly across the street from Basilica Hudson.

From New York City area (NYP),
The Ride is a little more than 2 hours
First Train Departs: 7:15am
Last Train Returns: 8:03pm
From Albany area (ALB)
The ride is a little less than 1.5 hrs
First Train Departs: 5:55am
Last Train Returns: 6:35pm
From Buffalo area (BFX)
The ride is a little more than 6 hrs
First Train Departs: 4:18am
Last Train Returns: 3:22pm
From Northeast counties (PLB)
Only one train in and out of Hudson and the ride is a little more than 5 hrs.
Train Departs: 2:45pm
Train Returns: 10:52am the next day
BY CAR
If coming from New York City area, the drive is almost 3 hours.
If coming from the Empire/Albany area, the drive is 45 mins to an hour.
If coming from Cayuga Lake/Tompkins County area, the drive may be faster than the bus or train as it’s more direct and is 2.5 - 3.5 hours.
If coming from Buffalo area, the drive is 5 - 6 hrs
If coming from Northeast counties, it is probably best to drive as only one train departs and returns to the area. The drive is 3 - 4 hours.

There is NO consumption indoors but there are designated consumption zones outside.

If you want to assign a different name to the passes, you must do so in Easol, the ticketing platform

CANNABIS DELIVERY

We're excited to offer cannabis onsite! In partnership with our Retail and Delivery Fulfillment Partner, AltoCanna, festival attendees will be able to purchase cannabis via delivery fulfillment.
How it works: Revelry will provide QR codes for attendees to scan. Once the site is loaded, you can add to cart, the order a delivery from AltoCanna
Then the consumer needs to go to the Delivery fulllfilment point to pick up the product.
Then enjoy!

In order to receive your complimentary passes you will first need to register as a retailer. Click here to register.
After completing your registration, the Revelry team will reach out you will either recieie your complimentary passes, need to submit additional information or be respectfully declined.

Absolutely. In your buyer application you can let our team know if you want additional passes.

To ensure compliance, only holders of retail licenses are eligible to acquire Buyer Passes.
Retail applicants who are awaiting review and not yet licensed can register to purchase Industry GA passes here.

Load-in times vary depending on your exhibitor package. Please use this link for detailed guidance.
Exhibitors are permitted to drop-off only on Sept 11 from 3pm - 6pm (NO SET UP)
Primary exhibitor load-in and set up begins at 7am Sept 12.
Sponsors are permitted to load-in and set up on Sept 11 starting at 10am. -
Table, black table cloth and chairs will be ready upon arrival. Your exhibitor package receipt will indicate the size of table and number of chairs

We will send the Exhibitor Map and your table location via email 1 week before the show

Each Exhibitor Package comes will a number of included exhibitor passes.

After completing your registration, you'll be directed to a screen where you can select your Exhibitor Package.

Certainly! When you proceed to checkout, you'll find the “Add On” option to buy additional passes at a significantly discounted rate.

Only products manufactured and distributed by a license holder and that have passed testing can be exhibited at Buyers’ Club to be compliant.
If you have applied for a license or plan to work with a licensee in the near future, you can still participate with our Startup Exhibitor package. You will not have a table, but we will list you in the Buyers’s Club Directory.
