Revelry Buyers’ Club is a one-day, industry-only B2B cannabis tradeshow bringing together New York’s licensed retailers, delivery services, microbusinesses, registered organizations, cultivators, processors, brands and industry partners.
All attendees must be 21 or older and have a valid event credential.

Friday, September 18, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at Pier 36 NYC, 299 South Street, New York, NY 10002.
Happy Hour runs from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Buyers’ Club is open to licensed cannabis operators, approved buyers, exhibitors, sponsors, press and cannabis professionals with the appropriate event credential.
Licensed New York retail, delivery, microbusiness and registered organization teams may qualify for complimentary Buyer Passes.
Other cannabis professionals can purchase Industry Tickets.
All attendees must be 21 or older.

Rideshare drop-off: Montgomery Street and Cherry Street, New York, NY 10002.
By subway, take the F train to East Broadway. Delancey Street–Essex Street is approximately a 15-minute walk.
The M22, M15, M14 SBS and M9 buses also stop near Pier 36.
There is no attendee or exhibitor parking at Pier 36.

Yes, within designated areas and compliance requirements.
Approved exhibitors may display cannabis products.
Smoking and combustion are not permitted indoors and are permitted only in designated outdoor consumption areas.
Vape sampling is not permitted indoors.
Trade samples may only be distributed to verified Retail Buyers and Microbusiness Buyers with the required badge and wristband. No other badge type may receive samples.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email from Accelevents containing your ticket and QR code. Have the digital ticket ready on your phone before arriving.
You can also log into Accelevents and select My Registrations.
If the email is missing, check spam and promotions before contacting support@ontherevel.com.
If you don't have your ticket on the day of the event, please email buyers@ontherevel.com to coordinate your entry. -
Yes. Log into Accelevents and go to My Registrations → Registration Details. Edit Details updates the attendee name while keeping the ticket in the purchaser’s account. Transfer Registration moves the ticket and account access entirely to another attendee.
Please complete all changes before arriving.
Buyers and Industry Pass ticket holders can only update ticket holder information from the Accelevents web page. They do not have the capability to update ticket holder details within the mobile app. -
Check-in will be at Pier 36. Exact entrance details will be emailed before the event.
Bring a valid photo ID and your digital ticket with QR code; printed tickets will not be accepted.
For Exhibitor and Sponsor teams, the first team member to check in may collect and distribute the team’s badges and wristbands and sign on behalf of the company.

On-site ticket sales are not guaranteed and will depend on event capacity.

Pier 36 is wheelchair accessible. The final accessible entrance, on-site accessible restroom details, service-animal policy and process for requesting accommodations are still being confirmed.

Yes. Smorgasburg will be the event’s food sponsor, with food trucks outdoors and a concession stand indoors. A coffee cart will also be available.

Accredited journalists, editors and media professionals must register for a Press Pass at revelryny.com/press.
Press credentials do not permit trade samples.

The online Buyers’ Club Directory connects participating New York cannabis businesses.
Each Exhibitor, Sponsor and eligible Buyer entity receives one login. The primary contact should receive an invitation from hello@ontherevel.com with the subject “You have been invited to RBC ONLINE DIRECTORY.”
Check spam, then contact support@ontherevel.com if the invitation is missing.
RETAILERS

Business owners, executives and buyers representing licensed New York retail dispensaries, delivery services, microbusinesses and registered organizations are eligible for two complimentary Buyer Passes per entity.
Cultivators, processors, distributors, Type 3 Brand licensees, non-New York licensees and applicants without an active eligible license do not qualify.Anyone else may purchase Industry Passes HERE.

No. Complimentary Buyer Passes are reserved for eligible New York businesses with active licenses.
Applicants, provisionally approved businesses and other cannabis professionals may purchase an Industry Ticket HERE .

Trade samples may only be distributed to verified Retail Buyers and Microbusiness Buyers wearing the required badge and wristband.
Retail Buyers may receive approved retail trade samples.
Microbusiness Buyers may receive flower or intermediary products permitted by their license, such as biomass, trim or distillate, but may not receive finished packaged goods or retail-ready products.
No other credential type may receive samples.

Eligible licensed New York retailer, delivery, microbusiness and registered organization entities receive up to two complimentary Buyer Passes. Buyer Pass holders may receive trade samples when wearing the required credentials.
Industry Tickets are available to cannabis professionals who do not qualify for a Buyer Pass and do not permit trade samples.

Each eligible licensed entity may claim up to two complimentary Buyer Passes, with one pass assigned to each qualifying team member.
Any additional teammates must purchase an Industry Ticket HERE. Industry Tickets do not permit trade samples.

Within 2 to 3 business days of booking, the package purchaser should receive an email titled “[COMPANY NAME] Exhibitor Booth Access for Revelry Buyers’ Club 8.”
Use it to create a separate Exhibitor Portal account and access booth details, tasks, deadlines and event updates.

Sponsor load-in, build-out and badge pickup runs 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Early Exhibitor load-in, build-out and badge pickup runs 2:00 PM–6:00 PM.
Friday, September 18:
Standard, Plus and Premium Exhibitor load-in begins at 7:00 AM
Table setup must be complete by 10:30 AM
Doors open at 11:00 AM
The event ends at 7:00 PM
Exhibitor and Sponsor load-out runs 7:00 PM–11:00 PM.

Pier 36 will only accept event deliveries on Thursday, September 17, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. No deliveries will be accepted earlier. Pre-event shipments must use an approved fulfillment center.

Yes. Certain exhibition build-out, installation, material handling and utility work must be completed by Pier 36 union labor. Exhibitors are responsible for related labor costs.
Build-out plans and production requests were due August 14.

No. Included tables, black tablecloths and chairs will be set before arrival.
Standard: 6 ft × 6 ft footprint, 4 ft table and 2 chairs.
Plus: 8 ft × 6 ft footprint, 6 ft table and 2 chairs.
Premium: 10 ft × 10 ft footprint, 8 ft table and 4 chairs.
Brand Sponsor: no booth.
Bronze: 10 ft × 10 ft, 8 ft table and 4 chairs.
Silver: 20 ft × 10 ft, 8 ft table and 4 chairs.
Gold: 20 ft × 20 ft, 8 ft table and 4 chairs.
Platinum: 20 ft × 20 ft, 8 ft table and 4 chairs.
Title: 40 ft × 20 ft, 8 ft table and 4 chairs.

Power and Wi-Fi are included with Sponsor packages.
They are not included with Standard, Plus or Premium Exhibitor packages.
Power is $1,000 and Wi-Fi is $500.

The Pier 36 Exhibitor Map will be released at least one week before the event.
The primary contact for each company will receive it by email, and it will also be available on RevelryNY.com.
Placement is based on package level, booking date, payment status and available space.

The included pass count appears in the order confirmation or sponsorship invoice.
The purchaser manages passes under My Registrations → Registration Details in Accelevents.
Assign each pass to the correct attendee by September 4.
Additional Exhibitor Passes may be purchased HERE, subject to approval and availability.

Exhibitors distributing trade samples must follow the RBC8 Metrc workflow.
Designate applicable products as trade samples, create the required outgoing external transfer using “Revelry Buyers’ Club 8” as the destination, maintain continuous custody, keep samples attended and secured at the booth, distribute only to verified Retail Buyers and Microbusiness Buyers with the required credentials, and complete post-event reconciliation.

Revelry will work directly with Sponsors on activation scope, production, staffing and logistics.

All items must fit within the assigned footprint and stay under 8 feet.
Pop-up banners, step-and-repeats, plants, small decorations, furniture and shelving that does not require tools are permitted.
Nothing may hang from walls or ceilings; walls, speakers or music, and items that require tools are not permitted for Exhibitors.
Sponsors may request prior approval for tool-assisted installations. Stickers and flyers must stay inside the space; business cards may be shared elsewhere.
Any noncompliant item may be modified or removed at the Exhibitor’s expense.

A boneyard will be available for labeled large crates and boxes, but Revelry cannot store product or be responsible for valuables.
Flatten boxes before trash removal and take all signage, giveaways and materials with you.
A team representative must remain until items are loaded.
Items left after 11:45 PM will be moved to MO Trucking at the Exhibitor or Sponsor’s expense.
