GENERAL TICKETING FAQS

  • Revelry Buyers’ Club is a one-day-only exclusive B2B cannabis trade show.

    Buyers’ Club is the most concentrated gathering of licensed New York retailers, cultivators, processors, brands, and ancillary providers.

    This is an industry-only event.

    **All exhibitors and attendees must apply or be invited, making the show exclusively for serious industry players.

  • The event will be held on Wednesday, May 13th, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at Basilica Hudson, 110 Front St., Hudson, NY 12534.

    • Event Hours: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

    • Happy Hour: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

    • Load-Out: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

  • BY AMTRAK

    The Hudson Amtrak Hudson (HUD) station is almost directly across the street from Basilica Hudson.

    • Please check the Amrak schedule here.

    From New York City area(NYP),

    • The Ride is a little more than 2 hours

    • First Train Departs: 7:15 am

    • Last Train Returns: 8:03 pm

    From Albany area (ALB)

    • The ride is a little less than 1.5 hours

    • First Train Departs: 5:55 am

    • Last Train Returns: 6:35 pm

    From Buffalo area (BFX)

    • The ride is a little more than 6 hours

    • First Train Departs: 4:18 am

    • Last Train Returns: 3:22 pm

    From Northeast counties (PLB)

    • Only one train in and out of Hudson and the ride is a little more than 5 hours.

    • Train Departs: 2:45 pm

    • Train Returns: 10:52 am the next day

    BY CAR

    We highly recommend carpooling (1) as parking is limited, (2) in consideration of the environment and (3) to streamline the check-in process.

    • If coming from New York City area, the drive is almost 3 hours.

    • If coming from the Empire/Albany area, the drive is 45 minutes to an hour.

    • If coming from Cayuga Lake/Tompkins County area, the drive may be faster than the bus or train as it’s more direct and is 2.5 - 3.5 hours.

    • If coming from Buffalo area, the drive is 5 - 6 hours

    • If coming from Northeast counties, it is probably best to drive as only one train departs and returns to the area. The drive is 3 - 4 hours.

    • Display: Exhibitors may display cannabis.

    • Sampling: THC sampling is only allowed for “RETAIL BUYER” & “MICROBUSINESS BUYER” Badges.

      • ⚠️ No other badge holders may receive samples to maintain OCM compliance.

    • Consumption: Smoking/combustion is allowed only in designated areas. Vaping is NOT permitted indoors.

    • Compliance: All participants must adhere to New York State cannabis regulations.

  • Yes, but please have this completed before you arrive on site to ensure a seamless check-in experience.

    To edit or transfer ticket registrations:

    Log in to your Accelevents account and go to My Registrations → Registration Details. From there, you can update ticket information or transfer ticket registrations to someone else.

  • All attendees must check in at The Caboose before entering the event.

  • After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Accelevents with your ticket and QR code. You must present this on your phone at check-in.

  • Search your inbox (and spam folder) for your confirmation email. If you still can’t locate it, email us with your full name, and we can look it up on our end.

    If you’re on site, please proceed to the Help Desk at Caboose.

  • Yes. Tickets can be reassigned through your confirmation email prior to arrival.

  • You can update attendee details through your confirmation email. Please reference Page 5 of your Buyer Guide HERE.

    If you’re onsite an unable to make changes, the Help Desk at Caboose can assist.

  • No problem — you’ll be directed to the Help Desk at Caboose, where we can manually check you in

  • RBC7 is shaping up to be our biggest show yet, leaving very few, if any, tickets available for purchase on-site.

    We highly recommend registering in advance to guarantee entry.

  • No. Each attendee must have their own individual ticket and QR code.

  • Please go directly to the Help Desk at Caboose. Our team will verify your registration and resolve the issue.

  • You may have entered an incorrect email or it may have gone to spam. The Help Desk can locate your registration and resend confirmation if needed.

  • Each ticket should be assigned to an individual attendee. You can update names in advance or at check-in if needed.

  • Yes — once checked in at Caboose, you’ll receive your event credentials for entry and re-entry.

  • Yes — your wristband or badge will allow you to exit and re-enter the event.

  • All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

  • We have a new check-in location just a 2-minute walk from Basilica Hudson, directly across from the Amtrak station.

    THE CABOOSE HUDSON

    NO EARLY ENTRY: Doors open for all tickets at 12 PM.

    EXPECT A LINE (PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US): Arriving right at 12 PM will be our busiest time. Please have your ticket PDF with QR code pulled up and ready to scan to help keep check-in moving smoothly.

    ENSURE NAMES ON TICKETS ARE UP TO DATE: Both attendees should have accurate names and emails associated with their ticket.

    • In order to receive your complimentary passes, you will first need to register as a retailer. Click here to register. Once you register.

    • After completing your registration, you'll be directed to a screen where you can access your complimentary passes.

  • Click through to watch this video for a detailed explanation on how to update your second Buyer Pass.

    • Each attendee has to be registered individually. To ensure your team member doesn’t have issues at checkin, update the name & email details of the second ticket associated with your ticket block.

    • Access your Accelevents account and update the name on the second ticket.

    • If the person who registered can no longer attend, you can transfer the ticket to someone else. This moves full ownership to them.

    • Log into your Accelevents account and transfer the ticket to the new team member.

    • Need to update who's attending? Access your Accelevents’ account and update the name on the ticket.

    • The registration stays under your email, but the updated name will appear on the ticket and in the event register.

    • To ensure compliance, only holders of retail licenses are eligible to acquire Buyer Passes.

    • Retail applicants who are awaiting review and not yet licensed can register to purchase Industry GA passes here.

    Metrc Buyer’s Club Transfer Workflow

    What’s changing?

    Metrc has introduced a dedicated “Buyer’s Club Transfer” type specifically for Buyer’s Club events. This creates a formal workflow for transporting and reconciling trade samples tied to licensed industry events.  

    When does the new transfer type go live?

    The new Buyer’s Club External Transfer workflow will be live on Monday, May 11, 2026.

    Licensees will be able to:

    • designate products as trade samples

    • create Buyer’s Club external transfers

    • transport products to approved events

    • complete post-event reconciliation directly in Metrc

    What should I enter as the destination?

    Destination Name:

    Revelry Buyers’ Club 7

    Destination Address:

    110 Front Street, Hudson, NY 12534

    What products can be used as Buyer’s Club trade samples?

    Products must:

    • be a Finished Good package

    • have a testing status of:

      • TestPassed

      • or RetestPassed

    • be designated as a Trade Sample in Metrc

    • Also be physically labeled as a trade sample on packaging  

    How do I prepare products for a Buyer’s Club event?

    Before creating a transfer:

    1. Navigate to the Packages grid in Metrc

    2. Select the package(s)

    3. Apply the Trade Sample designation

    Once designated, the products can be added to a Buyer’s Club transfer manifest.  

    How do I create a Buyer’s Club transfer?

    In Metrc:

    1. Navigate to:

      • Transfers → External

    2. Select:

      • Outgoing

    3. Click:

      • New Transfer

    4. Choose:

      • Buyer’s Club Transfer

    5. Enter:

      • Event name

      • Event address

    6. Add all applicable trade sample packages

    7. Save and submit transfer  

    Is the event destination preloaded in Metrc?

    • No, at this time, the destination address field is manually entered as free-form text. Licensees are responsible for ensuring the address is accurate.  

    What happens after the event?

    After the Buyer’s Club concludes, licensees must:

    1. Return to:

      • Transfers → External

    2. Locate the outgoing transfer

    3. Complete the transfer in Metrc

    4. Confirm packages are removed from active inventory  

    This reconciliation step is required to maintain accurate inventory records.

    Sample Delivery & Pickup Procedures

    • Trucks/Vans Transporting & Delivering Samples for Multiple Brands

    • To ensure a smooth, secure, and compliant process for delivering and distributing sample inventory to exhibiting brands at Revelry Buyers’ Club, please follow the procedures below.

    Delivery & Brand Pickup Location

    All sample deliveries and brand pickups must take place at:

    Hudson Brewery 99 South 3rd Street Hudson, NY 12534

    (located behind Basilica Hudson)

    Delivery Arrival

    • All trucks/vans transporting sample inventory must park at Hudson Brewery.

    • No deliveries should be made directly to Basilica Hudson.

    Brand Pickup

    • Exhibiting brands are responsible for meeting their delivery driver at Hudson Brewery.

    • Each brand must collect their own sample inventory directly from the delivery vehicle.

    Transport to Booth

    Once inventory has been collected:

    • Brands are responsible for transporting their samples from Hudson Brewery to their assigned booth location inside the event.

    Brand Responsibilities

    Brands are responsible for:

    • coordinating directly with their delivery driver regarding timing

    • timely pickup of inventory

    • transporting inventory to their booth

    • managing all sample handling after pickup

    Important Policy Notice

    On The Revel (OTR) will NOT receive, store, transport, or handle any sample inventory on behalf of exhibitors.

    OTR is not responsible for:

    • sample transport

    • sample delivery

    • storage

    • receivership

    • unattended inventory

    • post-pickup sample management

    All inventory responsibility remains with the exhibiting licensee and/or transporting party throughout the process.

    Can retailers bring samples back to their store?

    • Yes — but retailers must first contact the Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) for approval before bringing Buyer’s Club samples back into a retail facility.  

    Can retailers use samples for employee education?

    • Yes, retailers can adjust Buyer’s Club sample inventory for employee sampling using the: “Employee Trade Sample” adjustment reason in Metrc.  

  • TUESDAY, MAY 12TH: 12:00PM - 5:00 PM

    Early Exhibitor & Sponsor Check-in & Credentials Pickup

    WEDNESDAY, MAY 13TH:

    • 7:00AM - 11:30AM: Exhibitor Load-In

    • 11:30AM: Table Setup Completed

    • 12:00PM Event Starts, Doors Open

    • 5:00PM - 7:00PM Happy Hour

    • 6:00PM - 9:00PM Sponsor & Exhibitor Load-Out

  • They will be onsite. Depending on your exhibitor package, the following will be ready upon your arrival.

    EXHIBITOR STANDARD:

    One (1) 4ft x 2ft table, one (1) black tablecloth & two (2) chairs

    EXHIBITOR PLUS & PREMIUM:

    One (1) 6ft x 3ft table, one (1) black tablecloth & two (2) chairs.
