UPDATING REVELRY TICKETS
An important action to complete for all Revelry attendees is to make sure your tickets have the right information. Below is a guide to updating tickets.
THE EASIEST & MOST SECURE WAY TO ACCESS REVELRY ON EVENT DAY
Revelry 2025 is quickly approaching, and the easiest & most secure way for you and your entire party to access the event is by:
First: Assign a guest’s name to each of the tickets in your group order. We suggest this is completed ASAP after purchase, or at least a week before the event. See below for instructions!
Then: Once all the names on your order are updated, new PDF tickets with QR codes will be issued per name. Send each individual PDF ticket with QR Code included to the guest assigned to that ticket.
On Event Day: Each guest simply needs to present their corresponding ticket with QR code to be scanned for entry. If there is an issue scanning the QR code, or you cannot find your QR code, the name on the ticket registration will simply need to match the guest’s name on their ID for entry. Once a QR code is scanned for entry, the corresponding ticket cannot be used again by any person, regardless of whose name is registered in the system.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR ENTRY
QR codes are assigned to the name on the ticket. When you update a guest's name in the system, a new QR code and PDF will be generated, and the previous code will no longer be valid. Please ensure you give the other guests in your party their QR code AFTER their name has been added to their order.
QR codes are your ticket, and can only be used once. Treat them like cash, and only give them to those in your party who are supposed to use that QR code for entry. If a QR code is scanned for entry by anyone, it cannot be used again by another person, no matter whose name is registered in the system.
Lost your QR Code? No problem. As long as your name is registered on the ticket, AND no one else has used or scanned your assigned QR code for entry, you can simply present your ID at check-in for entry. Once you are manually checked in by name, the QR code assigned to your ticket will no longer be valid.
Alternatively, if your team prefers, the Primary Contact on your order (i.e. the person who booked your tickets) can pick up all credentials on May 13 or May 14 and distribute them directly to your team. PLEASE NOTE: If your credentials are picked up by your primary contact, it is your team's responsibility to distribute your credentials to all of your guests, before they enter the show floor. If any credentials are lost or misplaced, they cannot be replaced, and are non-refundable.
HOW TO UPDATE GUEST NAMES
Most tickets are purchased in groups (e.g., for Buyers, Sponsors, or Exhibitors). Some individual passes are sold (e.g., Retail or Industry Passes).
The Primary Contact—also called the Booker—is the only person who can edit guest names.
This is the person whose name and email were used to purchase or apply for the passes. They received a booking confirmation email from Easol.
Locate your booking confirmation email from Easol.
Your booking code will look something like Y2K-M27C.
Click “Manage” next to your booking code, or the green “Set up guests” button.
Once in the booking portal, click the black “Set up guests” button.
You’ll be prompted to answer “Who is this for?” and fill in guest details.
After entering each guest’s information, click the black “Add” button.
NOTE: You will have to update ALL guest names in your account. You cannot only update one.
RECOMMENDATION: We recommend putting any unknown guest tickets under the Primary Contact name until they are known and you can update them again later.
Once all guests have been added, use “Select guests” to check the boxes on the right of the names.
Press black “Continue” button.
Then you will be prompted here, make sure the slider next to “invite guest” is blue.
Press “Send Invite.”
Green notification at top of “Bookings” will indicate “invite sent”
Edit or view Guest Details under black “View Ticket” button
What guest should receive via email from EASOL:
Instruct them to press the green “Join booking” button to add any necessary details.
